If you did not marshal at last year's events, you will need to register with us before you are able to access the marshals' forms to let us know whether you can marshal at this year's events.
To register with us, please contact us at email@example.com and provide the following details:
Address and postcode;
Contact telephone number;
MAG Membership number;
Your local MAG (or CMA) group;
Details of previous marshalling experience and any specific skills/experience such as first aid at work, admin, event control, MAG membership promotion, MAG product sales.
Your application will be considered and if successful we will create access to a registration account.
Please note that a personal email is required to register and to allow us to send you important notifcations and information. If you do not have a personal email address, please ask a family member, friend, local library or MAG rep to help you set one up.
All requests for car passes should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
State “Car Pass Request” in the subject line and include the following in the email:
Address including postcode
Reason for requiring a car pass
Car Passes are mailed in one mailing in the week prior to the event.
For those people who are working to set up the event, throughout the event and to clear away we understand bringing a caravan or motorhome may be needed. Please contact email@example.com to ensure there is sufficient space in marshals camping. Due to space restrictions it is preferable that those of you simply marshalling during the event use a tent for accommodation, any further queries please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
